EA has released a trailer for their upcoming soccer game.
A blizzard rep has recently told Kotaku:
We don’t currently plan to support LAN play with StarCraft II, as we are building Battle.net to be the ideal destination for multiplayer gaming with StarCraft II and future Blizzard Entertainment games. While this was a difficult decision for us, we felt that moving away from LAN play and directing players to our upgraded Battle.net service was the best option to ensure a quality multiplayer experience with StarCraft II and safeguard against piracy.
Bad move I say. LAN has been with gamers for a long time and to suddenly remove it is like killing off co-op for games.
Some interesting information. Also, the source has pictures of the three factions players get to be in.
Ars Technica recently wrote up an article about how the playstation 3 and the xbox 360 will be cheaper this fall.
Apparently, the PS3 80GB versions will be constraint. Thus, will be phased out and replaced by 160GB PS3s. This means we can expect retailers to lower the prices of the 80GBs so they can clear out the inventory.
The XBOX 360 pros will be replaced with the Elite 120GB 360s as the standard. Therefore, we can expect deals and good bundles to surface and drive sales of the Pro systems.
The game is still on track for a Rocktober 13th release.
What do you think of the box art? It looks great to me.
Larger versions can be seen on Kotaku.
Rockstar has released the first few screenshots of Max Payne 3.
The setting is in Brazil with an older Max Payne.
However, the look of the game seems to be similar to Uncharted 2. A bit too similar.
More screenshots can be found on Joystiq.
Take-Two’s CEO Ben Feder recently told Eurogamer in an interview that Agent is an espionage game set in the 70s.
The exclusivity of the title wasn’t mentioned in the interview. However, Feder mentions “it’s important for us to be with Sony, and it’s important for Sony, I think, to be with us.”
Finally after years of waiting and teasing (and being out in South Korea for a while) will be available for September 22nd 2009.

Apparently there will be no new xbox 360. HOWEVER! Let me point out that this happened the last time a new PSP rumor surfaced and what do we have now? The PSP go! Therefore, we can expect that this may be just a mistake from Steve Ballmer or an actual new xbox 360 being released in 2010.
